    Warranty Coverage

    We guarantee that all Cangoee Power products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions, subject to the terms outlined below.

    Warranty Terms

    • Warranty coverage begins from the date of the original purchase and applies to the original purchaser only, warranty is not transferrable.
    • Covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions.
    • Applies only if the product is used within the specified charging, storage, and environmental conditions stated in the product manual.
    • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering will void the warranty.
    • Warranty excludes external damage caused by impact, water, vibration, or extreme temperatures. 
    • Valid proof of purchase is required to lodge any warranty claim.
    • Installed as per installation guidelines.

    Battery Capacity Warranty 

    LiFePO₄ batteries naturally experience a reduction in capacity over time. This warranty does not cover normal aging or degradation of battery capacity unless:

    • The battery retains less than 70% of its original rated capacity within the applicable warranty period for battery cells under normal usage. 

    Australian Consumer Law Protections

    This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

    Warranty Claims Process 

    • If you believe your product is faulty under warranty:
    • For end users call (07) 3319 5800 or 1300(POWER), providing a description of the fault along with proof of purchase.
    • For Dealers Contact us via the Dealer Portal tech support page or
    • Our technical support team may request additional diagnostic information or tests.
    • If the warranty claim is approved, we may repair or replace the product at our discretion.

    Return to Base (RTB) Policy: 

    You will be required to ship the product to our designated service centre for inspection. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to Cangoee Power initially. 


    If the product is found to be faulty under warranty:

    • We will repair or replace the product free of charge. 
    • We will reimburse up to $60.00 for shipping costs
    • Outbound shipping for repaired or replacement items will be covered by Cangoee Power.

    If no fault is found under warranty, return shipping back to the customer will be at the customer's cost. 

    Warranty Exclusions 

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product guidelines.
    • Physical damage caused by impact, fire, or accidents.
    • Water, chemical, or humidity damage beyond stated specifications.
    • Overcharging, deep discharging, or improper storage practices.
    • Third-party modifications or alterations.
    • Exceeded the lifecycle discharge.
    • Normal capacity degradation. 

    Vehicle-Specific Installations 

    For vehicle applications, we strongly recommend installation by a qualified auto electrician to ensure proper system integration and safety.
